01 Project Journey and Product Design Concept


Within two days, from the first project meeting to the formation of the product prototype, experience what new money action looks like!


1) How was the project theme determined?

In our third phase kickoff meeting, the idea of AI naming received the most votes. The guy who proposed this idea campaigned by explaining that it could be used for babies and pets, while others added ideas like company naming. Thus, we happily decided on the general direction.


2) First Project Meeting!

That night, the team brainstormed multiple scenarios for naming. After analyzing the risks, advantages, and disadvantages of esoteric scenes and pet scenes, everyone ultimately decided to choose the pet track. This direction resonated with everyone because who could resist cute pets, and who wouldn’t want to do something for their furry children! After further defining the theme, the product leader @Zidan and the team continued brainstorming the demand scenarios for naming.

Everyone envisioned the future content of the product, related promotional materials, and business model. Each person had a dream of a starry sea, believing that pets were a very interesting, meaningful, and promising direction. Therefore, after the third phase pop-up event, everyone voluntarily contributed, eager to tackle pet-related services such as AI-generated portraits, AI derivative products, and group pet purchases. Making a mini-program and its content within seven days is quite challenging, and the cost of generating images is relatively high. Therefore, the team decided to initially focus on some of the needs.


02 Partnership with Animal Rescue Stations and Product Promotion


@Spencer contacted the rescue station, enhancing our product value. We not only pursue rapid development but also hope to combine it with humanistic care. This time, we are striving to achieve this combination to the best of our ability, hoping more people will see and recognize our product. Currently, we have connected with "Hangzhou Xiaoshan Aunt Qian Stray Animal Base" and have engaged in a deep cooperation with the base: First, giving unique name analyses to the base's furry friends, generating special story cards based on the characteristics of the pets, hoping to record the moments from their lives at the base to finding new homes. In addition, we solemnly promise: a portion of each sale will be donated to Aunt Qian's animal rescue base (donation details will be regularly disclosed after confirmation by both parties). We hope that through our efforts, we can improve the lives of furry friends and promote a culture of pet adoption through our voice and product promotion.


03 Sales Distribution and Rule Breakdown

05 Project Summary, Reflection, and Outlook

1)Moving Moments of This Phase @Summer Mengmeng There were so many moving moments in this phase.

In the first phase, we did meme Tata, in the second phase, we did Gaokao Xiao Li, and in the third phase, we focused on pet rescue. From the perspective of the product end, this was a huge breakthrough—unlike the previous two phases where we focused on single chains, this time we had the first generation product prototype the night after the public meeting. From product naming to stories, to business cards and related derivatives, the product design demonstrated extremely high quality and creativity. Our product end team members such as @Zi, Zidan, Gzhi, Hey-ducky, Chris, Dian, etc., worked through the night on a large amount of UI design work. The research and development team also faced significant pressure and challenges but overcame them to complete the development of three chains. Special thanks to @Noah for ensuring the smooth completion of all chains.


2)To: New Money, Flash, and Future Families @Third Phase AI Pet Names Team Our flash iteration speed is astonishing, and the power of the third phase product is awe-inspiring.

Although some people did not join the third phase work group, they felt the charm of the product we created together in such a short time through our poster interface, copywriting, and valuable humanitarian care and actions in rescuing stray cats and dogs.


New Money Flash realizes a complete closed loop and actual revenue, which can help everyone better judge whether to participate more comprehensively in the next phase, whether in sales or product development. ‘New Money’ is an extremely potential platform, and members participating in it will feel proud!! Especially in this event, we made significant breakthroughs not only on the product side but also demonstrated our team's sense of social responsibility through actions in rescuing stray pets. We look forward to more promotional channels and market recognition, hoping that our efforts and hard work can be seen and supported by more people. This is not only a combination of flash and speed but also an embodiment of humanitarian care.
